First of all this is an excellent watchband and is excellently crafted. The out of box experience is very nice and the shipping speed from Germany was absolutely phenomenal (got mine in slightly less than three days from Munchen to Texas).

It fits my Apple 49mm perfectly and band adjustments were simple and quick to perform.

I give this a 4 out of 5 only because there are two things I would modify about this band to make it perfect.

1. The metal is very prone to scratches and while nothing is impervious to this I cannot help but think the watch would look better longer if the watch metal surfaces and milled edges were buffed to a satin finish rather than it’s high gloss finish. This would make it more comfortable to wear as the watch creates a very mild itch, mostly unnoticeable, due to these precise milled edges.

2. The clasp would be much improved if it allowed for micro adjustments like many other higher end watch bands. Removing links is great but sometimes adding one is too much and removing one is too little. Clasp adjustments would make this band truly epic!

So is it worth the price? Yes. Most will love this band. I like it an awful lot, I would love to see it perfected by such an awesome company.
