Our response to COVID-19 – (updated March 22, 2020)
The BandWerk team is closely monitoring the progress and actions related to the global coronavirus pandemic to ensure employees’ safety and to continue to offer customers a perfect shopping experience.

What measures are currently being taken at BandWerk?
Strict security measures are currently in place in our production facility to protect our employees from possible infections. This includes regular hand disinfection, thorough cleaning of the work surfaces and a minimum distance of two meters between all employees.
All colleagues who can do their work from home work in the home office.
Will I receive my order within 2-3 days, as usual?
Yes, the availability of products at BandWerk is not restricted. As always, all orders will be processed on the next working day at the latest.
Goods traffic continues to function reliably worldwide, so that delivery delays are currently not an issue.
Do I have to personally sign for my UPS package?
No, currently UPS and other delivery services don’t expect the customer to sign for packages. This way there is no need to come in direct contact with your delivery courier.
Will the showroom remain open?
Our showroom in Munich is – like most shops in Bavaria – temporarily closed. If you have any questions or comments about our products, you can contact us at any time. We’re happy to advise you online.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and always keep this page up to date should there be any changes.
