The champagne-beige leather of the Porsche 911 Turbo (built in 1987) was rich enough to realize an edition of 149 straps. Parts of the seats and fittings have been used so that the bands differ in detail by the nature of the surface. Each strap has a unique patina.

The leather we used for this edition comes from our cooperation partner, BP-Autosattlerei.

The Porsche 911 Turbo, also known under its model name Porsche 930 was produced from 1974 to 1989 as a high-end alternative to the established 911-family. With an engine size of 3.3 liters and an impressive 300 hp it was supposed to compete with super sports cars from Ferrari and Lamborghini.
Accordingly, Porsche called big prices for the Turbo. The convertible version, for example, almost cost 161,000 German Mark (~ 95,000 USD).

A special detail of this edition are the three racing holes, which are part of both band parts. It is inspired by racing gloves, worn in the early years of motorsport by the pioneers of the sports car race. Each of the 149 straps of this edition is numbered by laser engraving and comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
