Your order will be sent to our account no later than 2 working days or earlier after receipt of payment. See shipping methods for information on how to calculate the delivery date.
You can also track the status of your order here.
(In case of high demand, the delivery time can also be corrected upwards at short notice.)
We commission DHL and UPS as a shipping service providers. Your order will be shipped to you free of charge as a package (for customers within the EU) or for a fixed fee of 9€ if you are outside of the EU.
If your package has been sent, you will receive the tracking number, so you can track your package.
The first-generation Apple Watch, as well as the Apple Watch Series 1, the Apple Watch Series 2, Apple Watch Series 3 and Series 4 use the same or compatible adapter mechanisms.
Accordingly, all BandWerk watch straps are compatible with all current versions and generations of the Apple Watch.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, simply send us an e-mail or call us to let us know if you would like to cancel.
If the package is already on the way, it would be best to decline the acceptance so that you will not incur any return costs.
The statutory right of revocation and warranty periods apply.

We distribute our products worldwide through our online shop.
Within the EU you will receive your watch strap free of charge. Outside of the EU, a shipping fee of 9€ ($ 11/ £ 9) applies.
The watch bands can be easily changed by hand and without any tools in just a few steps.
