Care Instructions

To retain the characteristic look of your leather strap for years to come, we recommend following these care instructions:

Keep your watch strap away from moisture and humid environments. In case the leather accidentally gets wet, remove the strap from the Apple Watch and clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth.
Even though your leather strap resists everyday perspiration, we recommend changing it for a dedicated sports strap, when engaging in sporting activities.
Remove your strap from the Apple Watch case at least once a month to clean the adapters and the bandslot, especially after it gets wet.

Love it!

I found BandWerk after looking everywhere for the perfect black leather watch band. I struggled to choose between BW's many black options, and finally settled on Zurich/Ostrich because I wanted something unique with a matte finish. I love my black Ostrich watchband! It's beautiful and looks great with both casual and dressier clothes.

I previously submitted a review that said I wasn't completely satisfied with the color of the watchband's lugs and clasp. As expected, BandWerk has resolved the issue. The new Starlight lugs and matted silver clasp are much better match. I expect to buy more watchbands from BandWerk in the future.

Almost perfect

This is a beautiful watch band, but the lugs and clasp don’t quite match my Starlight Apple watch. The finish is pinkish, instead of a slightly warm silver. I’ve begun a conversation with customer service and am confident the issue will be addressed, but am waiting on follow-up.
